EXPRESS DELIVERY

If within description of product you see Delivery Time "1-3 Working Days" or "3-5 Working Days" and Express Delivery it means that orders placed for the following products are processed within 1 - 2 workings days and dispatched by nationwide courier (such as Parcelforce, UPS, FedEx and so on) subject to stock availability (please note: we are doing our best to keep updated what goods are in stock and what out of stock, but due to volume of orders and stock its not always possible).

In must cases such products delivered much faster then stated (very often by next day service). In many cases we able to provide pre-arranged delivery day suitable for you (if you require pre-arranged delivery day, please contact us prior placing order with details of item you would like to buy and your delivery post code). Also on some of the products we will be able to provide Saturday delivery for additional cost - just contact us if you require this option.

Prices stated for delivery on Express Delivery products only valid for UK Mainland excluding Highlands, Northern Ireland and all islands. Must of items marked Express Delivery will be possible to deliver to Highlands, Northern Ireland and all islands at additional cost (please contact us prior placing order with details of items you interested in and delivery postcode for delivery quote). Delivery to such destination also can take extra 1 - 2 working days.


FREE DELIVERY

If within description of product you see Free Delivery it means product will be delivered free of charge to must of the UK Mainland, however to certain postcodes will apply surcharge (if you not sure if to your delivery address will apply any surcharge just contact us with details of product you are interested and delivery postcode). More details about delivery surcharges provided below.


GENERAL

1. We aim to deliver your furniture within the time quoted on our website when you place your order. If circumstances change, we will contact you as soon as possible.

2. Delivery prices stated on site only applicable to deliveries in UK Mainland excluding certain postcodes. Please read more about delivery surcharges below.

3. We will endeavour to meet any date agreed for delivery, however we will not accept liability for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the goods.

4. A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. In certain cases if you are out when our delivery arrives, courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call them and arrange a delivery at a future date. Please note that there may be an additional charge for this (applicable only on pre-arranged deliveries in advance).

5. You will become the owner of the goods (and be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods) at the time of delivery to your front door, provided that we have received payment in full for the goods.

6. Before placing an order, please check that the items of furniture will fit through any passages, stairwells, landings and doorways on the way to the destination room. 

7. As part of the checkout process, you will be requested to confirm that you have checked access thoroughly. 

8. You must provide us with all information relevant for delivery (such as if there is access for truck, is there is any stairs to the property, is room where item need to be delivered on ground floor) as soon as possible after purchase. THESE INFORMATION IS NECESSARY FOR CARRIER TO DELIVER ITEM. Applicable only on large items such as mattresses, ready assembled furniture, heavy packages

9.  Please inspect your goods and make a note on the delivery document if there are any shortages or damages. Please inform us as soon as possible if you have not received all of your order or an item is damaged. 


DELIVERY SURCHARGES

Due to variety of products we offer its very hard to outline here everything about delivery surcharges as it will very much depend on type of product, is it assembled or not, size and weight of package, delivery postcode, delivery company and so on. If you unsure about anything just contact us and we will get back to with best option we can offer.

The products that are dispatched by Express Delivery normally will have surcharge for delivery outside of UK Mainland, Highlands and Northern Ireland

With products dispatched by normal service (all other items that are not in Express or Free delivery) or Free Delivery is more complicated situation. Some of products will not be possible to deliver at all to all islands, Northern Ireland and Highlands, some products will be possible but they will incur surcharge. So if your delivery address is within those destination please contact us prior placing order.

On very small number of items can be additional surcharge to certain postcodes in Wales, Cornwall, Scotland, but this happens very rare and if your order is effected by any of these surcharges we will contact you straight away.

Delivery to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey, KW15-17, ZE, HS, KA27, KA28, PA39-40 & 20,  PA42-49, PA60-61, PA62-75, PA76-78, PH42-44, PO31-41, IV51-54, Northern and Southern Ireland will definitely have delivery surcharge.

Delivery to AB, DD, IV 1-28, 30-32, 36, 40-49, 52-56, 63, KW 1-3, 5-14, PA 21-38, PH 1-26, 30-41, 49-50, EH, DG, FK, G, KA 1-26, 29, 30, KY, ML, PA 1-19, TD, LL, LD, SY16-20, 23-25, SA, CF, NP, EX, PL, TQ, TR, NE, DH, SR, TS, DL, LA, YO, HU, NR, IP may have small surcharge depending on product from those ranges (but it occurs very rarely)
