Returns
1. At Furniture2Home we constantly striving to make your purchase as easy as possible and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you decide to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible (call us on 01269824566 Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays 10am - 5pm or email us so that we may expect the goods back), we will issue RMA code (we will not accept any returns without valid RMA code).
2. You must return the item or items to us in their original condition within 10 days of receipt, informing us in advance about expected date of return (that we have ready staff to handle any heavy pieces of furniture).
3. After 10 days we reserve the right to refuse unwanted goods.
4. All goods returned to us should be in original condition with all accessories and components and with original packaging, a copy of the original invoice must be included. RMA number must be stated on the top of box. Please note, we will not accept any goods without valid RMA number stated on box, so goods will be rejected back to you.
5. We reserve the right to refuse accept any goods that returned back to us not in their original condition or not in their original packing. Any items returned that do not conform conditions will be subject to a surcharge or will be retuned to you at your expense. Please remember thats its customers duty to take good care for the product till product is with you.
6. If you have used the goods in anyway, you have deemed to accept the goods, and the goods cannot be returned under "right to cancel" .
7. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the item or items using a delivery service that has tracking service and insures you for the value of the goods.
8. Where you have exercised your right to cancel and we have received the goods back in original unused condition within 10 days of delivery, we will refund your money less the delivery costs. The refund will be made within 28 days of receiving goods back.
9. Buyer is responsible for cost of return.
10. If you wish to cancel before the items are delivered you are asked to contact us, via phone 01269824566 or email, as soon as is practicably possible. If you wish to cancel order before delivery you will be liable for the cost incurred by us and so we will charge a fee of £50 or 25% of the value of the goods (whichever is the greater) to cover our expenses.
11. For goods ordered in error, we will charge a restocking fee of 25% to cover administration.
12. The exceptions are specially ordered items (goods made to your specification or clearly personalised), which cannot be cancelled. These items will be clearly marked on the website, in order that you are aware of the conditions before you place the order.
13. Mattresses cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging. If you would like to test a mattress, please keep it wrapped in original packing until you are sure you want to keep it.
14. Flat packed items can not be returned if assembly has been attempted or completed. We of course will supply replacement for damaged parts if required.
